Noise from the surrounding bars can be a serious inconvenience, especially late at night. I found myself tossing and turning for hours due to the disturbance. Food temperature was an annoyance. both lunch and dinner items consistently came out lukewarm. the air conditioning in the hotel failed to keep up with the heat, making sleeping conditions uncomfortable. Shared dining tables also felt awkward at times, particularly when chatting with guests from different backgrounds. Lastly, the lack of basic room features like bottled water upon arrival and quality toiletries left something to be desired during my stay.

The pool area was very clean and well-maintained, which made my family feel comfortable. The staff was exceptional, especially Patricia and Viejo, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. Each room is spacious with comfy beds, allowing us to relax after long days of exploring. We particularly enjoyed the fantastic pool view from our room, which added a lovely touch to our stay.
